Winesap knows that living life to its fullest requires camaraderie with his littermates- so you can see him trying to insert himself into the action and just associate with the cool crowd in hopes of finding his place. He can be tactical in his play- honing in on just the right toy or hoping to surprise pounce on a sibling as he stretches his confidence to a new level! Winesap can be a bit independent and aloof towards strangers- so don’t be offended if your lack of familiarity takes some warming up for this little chap! Our boy will find safety in going with your flow while still having some predictable structure- so going to a home with experienced dog owners would be best to get him out of his awkward shell and out strutting his stuff out in society! If you want a gentle friend who will look up to your leadership for both direction, comfort, and permission to play- Winesap is the one for you!

Both parents are health genetic tested, Mom (Gracie) is a purebred AKC Registered English Golden Retriever, weighing 70 lbs. Dad (Sport) is an import from Ukraine! He is a purebred AKC Registered English Golden Retriever weighing 72 lbs. Estimated Adult weight is 60-70 lbs.

Winesap is well socialized by our family, will come to you, up to date on vaccines, worming program, and an entire vet exam,  AKC Registration papers and records will transfer to new owner at time of purchase along with a Genetic Health Guarantee.
